About Laqshya '25
LAQSHYA is the national-level techno-cultural-management fest by Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology (NIMIT). It's a dynamic platform for students across India to showcase technical skills, management acumen, and creative talent. By fusing competition and collaboration, Laqshya nurtures intellect, builds professional skills, and provides networking opportunities, celebrating the vibrant meeting of knowledge and passion.

NIMIT, Pongam, is a premier institution under the Archdiocese of Ernakulam–Angamaly, known for quality education and strong values. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in commerce, management, and IT, among other disciplines. COMMON GUIDELINES
- Registrations for all the events will be closed by 9:15 a.m. on the 1 of December, 2025.
- Spot registration for the events will be held on the 1st of December, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
- Registration is mandatory for participating in any event either via online or spot registration (for certain events). To complete the process, the participant must pay the registration fees and collect their badge in person from the registration counters located at the venue.
- Registration must be done at least 1 hour before the start of each event.
- The Management events are open to both PG and UG students of any stream and for all professional courses.
- Only one member of a team needs to register for team events. One person per team must be there to act as a point of contact for each team (like a team leader).
- The College ID Card or the authorization letter from the college authority (in case ID cards are not issued for each participant) should be provided as a PDF file during the registration process.
- All participants are required to always carry their respective college ID cards within the college premises.
- All the members of a team should be from the same College/Institute. Modifications concerning the teams will not be permitted after registration.
- The Committee has the right to modify or amend the event schedule or platform of the events at any point of time if the situation demands it. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the committee has the sole authority to take decisions and make necessary changes.
- A preliminary test may be conducted prior to the event, based on the Event Coordinator's decisions, if necessary.
- The participants must report to the venue 30 minutes before the commencement of their respective event. Teams failing to report at the specific venue at the stipulated time will be disqualified.
- A participant can participate only in one core event but can register for the general, sports or cultural events(after knowing the specifications of the timings of the events).
- All the events will commence at the scheduled time; Punctuality will be appreciated.
- Participants should carry their laptops (at least one) along with a stable net connectivity, Calculators, good quality video recording devices (mobile phones/video cameras), and Pen drives for their personal use.
- Writing materials and other stationery items will be provided by the college.
- Food will be provided to all registered participants for all Core,General and Sport and Cultural events.
- Once registered, participants will not be reimbursed if they fail to appear for the event.
- Phone numbers provided by the candidates at the time of registration will be retained as the same phone numbers might be required at further stages of the event.
- Each event will have a specific set of rules and regulations. Participants are expected to go through all and adhere to the same.
- The decisions taken by the Committees and the Judges would be final in any circumstance.
- All file submissions like documents, pictures, videos, audio, and PPTs should be done in the prescribed format itself. Delayed submissions will not be entertained.
- Plagiarism checks will be done at any point of time and would further result in disqualification if found guilty.
- Privacy of the links provided during the events must be respected. It should not be shared or forwarded unless specified.
- Any sort of unfair/unethical practice or violation of rules will be treated seriously and may further lead to the disqualification of the participant/team.
- The organizers will have complete rights over any content presented/shared by the participants during the event.
- Participants are advised to take care of their belongings. Organizers will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.
- Students should refrain from abusive language and obscene displays during the competitions, failing which they will be disqualified.
- Smoking, drinking and consumption of any such substances are prohibited. Participants violating this rule will be disqualified and restricted from further participating in the events.
- All participants will be provided with a softcopy of Participation Certificates.
- Accommodation will be provided for the participants according to their request.
